ABOUT
THE NEW GPA
College was once about who could do their part of the answer the fastest, the world is now demanding students to be the solution.
MISSION & APPROACH
At The New GPA, we believe true success is more than grades—it’s grit, proficiency, and attitude. Our mission is to empower students, especially those at Minority Serving Institutions like HBCUs, to grow into confident and capable professionals through intentional development, not just talent selection. We bridge the gap between student potential and employer expectations by fostering commercial instinct, analytical skills, and a growth mindset; while offering companies clear, data-driven talent insights.
We take a hands-on, student-first approach to career readiness. Through development intensives, innovation sprints, and global start-up experiences; students gain real-world skills, cultural fluency, and the confidence to lead. We track and measure professional growth with a new lens by focusing on growth mindset, performance, and aptitude. Ultimately providing employers with the tools they need to identify and nurture emerging talent that fits their culture. We’re not here to filter talent. We’re here to build it.
